The flat is fully furnished and well equipped. It has 2 single beds pushed together and made up as a double, and a double canape bed in the lounge. There is no washing machine, but there is a washeteria in the port, or the owner who lives next door may do a wash for you. Full payment is required at time of booking, by bank transfer. A £200 damage deposit is also required. There is a private car parking space (No 15)
