Number One is ideally positioned in a corner, on the ground floor of a small exclusive apartment block, with no neighbours to one side and it’s own private entrance. The apartment looks directly over the private swimming pool, for the use of “Les Grimaudieres” residents only. The pool is gated, and heated during the Summer months.
This flat is arguably the best in the block. It has been my home and therefore the quality of fittings and utensils is very high, you will find plenty of tea, coffee, also shapoo, conditioner, hairdryers, George Foreman grill, Wedgewood crockery, Global knives, Cafetieres, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fluffy towels, Large parassol, table and four chairs, a wall mounted Brabantia retractable clothes dryer, excellent shower head and many personal touches.
The Accommodation.
One double bedroom, lounge with double sofa bed and open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher, bathroom with shower and washer, separate WC, large terrace (half covered).
It is fully furnished, to a high standard and contains all the utensils you would expect. In the living room, A Samsung 46" state of the art LED TV and Sky HD. Sky card supplied. HD DVD player also supplied. There is also a Sony TV fixed to the bedroom wall. The cleaner has been requested to put milk in the fridge on your arrival for your convenience
“Les Grimaudieres” is located within the secure confines of Port Grimaud, a beautiful thriving “lake village”, previously marshland, first gaining permission in 1966. It consists of 2400 dwellings, 2000+ moorings, covering 90 hectares. Port Grimaud receives more than half a million visitors per year.
Parking.
The apartment has its own space, number 5, directly outside the Apartment door. The space has a barrier with padlock to ensure unauthorised use.
